Application and Payment for the Exhibition and Sponsorship

Application
Please complete the attached form and return to the Conference Secretariat as soon as possible, along with proof of payment of the deposit of 50% of its space requested. If they wish can make a phone call to discuss more thoroughly their needs.

Confirmation and Deposit
The confirmation of sponsorship and booth will be mailed along with an invoice for the deposit received

• The remaining 50% must be paid before 1th November

Method of Payment
Transfer or check in Euros (€) payable to PACIFIC GROUP.
All bills must be paid upon arrival at the exhibition. It may not mounted any stand if it has not received payment in full

VAT
All companies are required to pay VAT from the current rate, namely 16%

Cancellation
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Technical Secretariat. The cancellation policy is as follows:

• Before the October 15, 2008 - 50% of the total amount of penalty.
• From this date 100% of the total amount of penalty.

Sure
The companies participating in the Congress should underwrite insurance they deem appropriate.
Insurance Congress: Policy that covers the implementation and development of the congress, protecting risk of cancellation for specific causes, beyond the organizer and OPC.
