The Working Grooup on Ischemic Disease & Coronary Care Units of the Spanish Society of Cardiology has the pleasure to introduce the XIIIth International Symposium (Valencia, 9-11 April 2008).

With this program we aim to review the most important changes in prevention, diagnosis and treatment of ischemic heart disease. Top world leaders in each field will update their knowledge in this meeting.

The scientific quality of the program, together with the hospitality and cultural richness of Valencia, the host city of the Symposium, let us foresee a very successful meeting.
