The Conference Committee invites the submission of abstracts on original work for poster presentation. Presenting authors must be registrants at the Conference. All abstracts must be submitted online via the Conference website and using the online submission form.
Abstracts sent via fax will NOT be accepted.
Please note that an accepted presentation cannot be included in the Final Program unless it is accompanied by a completed Registration Form with the appropriate payment of the presenting author. One registration give the right of one poster presentation. One person may be author in several posters but it should be at least one different registered person per poster.
Title, keywords and text in abstract and in Poster should be in English
Posters:
The dimensions of the poster should not exceed 90 cm (3') wide x 120cm. (4’) high
Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract. The text, illustrations, etc should be bold enough to be read from a distance of two meters (six feet).
General Rules
- Submission of abstracts available till 28th February, 2010 - 23:59 (Spain’s Local Time). Abstracts submitted after 28th February, 2010 cannot be considered.
- Authors must follow carefully all instructions in “Abstract submission process”.
- The Local Program Committee will notify authors of acceptance/rejection of their contribution before 1st March, 2010. At this time, instructions for platform or poster presentations will be provided.
- No figures, graphics, or references should be in the text; these must be included in the final poster only
- Maximum abstract length of 300 words
- Special fields are allocated for Abstract TITLE, AUTHORS NAMES, and AFFILIATION, so please do not include this information within the Abstract text.
- On line submission form:
- Write title in CAPS, written without final point.
- Fill in all personal data fields marked with an asterisk.
- Email contact: we will use main author´s e-mail address to send confirmation of shipment. Therefore, it is important to insert the correct data and always use the same email address.
- Maximum number of co-authors: 10. If you add co-authors please write complete name
- After having successfully completed all the steps, a closing screen will give you the number assigned to your abstract. Please keep this number in your records for further reference. An e-mail of confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address of the Speaker Author data.
Incomplete or incorrect submissions will be returned to the author and must be resubmitted immediately in the correct format to be considered for inclusion in the program.
