WETPOL participants interested in paper submission on their work presented in the conference have to follow the instructions below.

• All oral presentations AS WELL AS poster presentations can be considered for paper submission.
  
  
• Papers of presentations (oral and poster) belonging to following sessions have to be submitted to ECOLOGICAL ENGINEERING:
• Wetland’s role at management scale
• Molecular and microbial advances in wetlands
• Assessment of clogging processes in constructed wetlands
• Hydraulic behavior and hydrological processes in wetlands
• Water reclamation and reuse in wetlands
• Impact of global changes in wetlands
• Dewatering and stabilisation of sludge in constructed wetlands
  
  
• Papers of Presentations (oral and poster) belonging to following sessions have to be submitted to INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYTICAL CHEMISTRY:
•  Spatial and temporal redox changes in wetlands
• Trace elements
• Pollutant modelling in wetlands
• ArtWet workshop
• Behavior of priority and emerging pollutants in wetlands
• Role of substrate in pollutant removal
• Role of plants in pollution control

PLEASE CAREFULLY CHECK IN WHICH SESSION YOU WERE ALLOCATED IN THE CONFERENCE AND SUBMIT TO THE CORRESPONDING JOURNAL.

• In the case of papers of presentations (oral and poster) belonging to the session of TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENTS IN CONSTRUCTED WETLANDS, send previously the paper to BOTH editors (Josep M. Bayona (jbtqam@cid.csic.es) and Joan García (joan.garcia@upc.edu) who will decide in which journal your work fits better.
  
  
• In the case of INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYTICAL CHEMISTRY papers can be submitted electronically through: http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/geac indicating for the WETPOL proceedings in the appropriate box. Do not forget to include the names of three international reviewers. Before submission the system will ask you to create an account. Then you will receive a password and will be able to proceed with the submission. Josep M. Bayona will be the guest editor for the special issue.
  
  
• In the case of ECOLOGICAL ENGINEERING papers can be submitted electronically through: http://ees.elsevier.com/ecoleng/  indicating for the WETPOL proceedings in the appropriate box. Do not forget to include the names of three international reviewers. Before submission the system will ask you to create an account. Then you will receive a password and will be able to proceed with the submission. Joan García will be the guest editor for the special issue.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE INSTRUCTIONS OF BOTH JOURNALS IN THE CORRESPONDING WEB-SITE FOR MANUSCRIPT EDITION AND CORRECT SUBMISSION.

• DEADLINE FOR BOTH JOURNALS IS December 15th 2009. Please consider that we would like to have the special issues by summer 2010 and therefore papers can not be submitted later.
